FASD SESSIONS 2021
The Network’s 5th annual FASD Sessions conference will be held virtually on March 22 & 23, 2021.
This year’s theme will be the broad focus of “FASD & Quality of Life.” Presenters will discuss techniques for support, strategies for the struggles caused by FASD, and how each of us can work towards enhancing the quality of life for individuals with FASD and their families.
March 22 - Day 1 will be open only to individuals with FASD. Myles Himmelreich will host a panel of individuals with FASD discussing their advice, strategies, and how they manage life with this disability. This event will be a safe-space for individuals to ask questions and learn more about FASD.
March 23 - Day 2 will be open for anyone to join including professionals, community members, caregivers, family members, etc. This day will include 4 sessions on FASD. While presenters are still being confirmed, the second day will also include a panel of individuals with FASD, as well as a panel of caregivers, sharing their first-hand experiences and answering questions from attendees.
